Women's leadership and presence in STEM

The event aims to address the importance of creating an inclusive culture in the workplace.

There will be shared stories from women and their career success, the focus is on skill development as a woman in the organization.

Our target are students of STEM courses which will work on a business case.

We will conclude the workshop with a commitment from corporate leadership to continue to promote diversity and inclusion. Highlight any new initiatives, policies or goals the company is adopting in this regard.
