Speed dating

We will firstly organize a plant tour of about an hour and then our female engineers will share their experiences and motivations through brief speeches.

Afterwards we will organize an engaging speed dating session. So the girls can chat one-on-one or in small groups with the different types of engineers on-site. During these conversations, the girls can ask the engineers about their career paths, why they chose engineering, and what aspects they find enjoyable in their work.
