Encourage students in Technical and Engineering Courses - Brazil

Partnership signed with the Bom Aluno Program, which invests in studies for low-income children who achieve excellent performance at school. We will bring the girls participating in this program, and show the possibilities that a career in Engineering can generate. A plant tour is expected, including testimonials of success stories from women who chose this engineering training and are now highlighted in Plastic Omnium Brazil. As HR, we will demonstrate the Market and the opportunityes for those candidates, including the Trainee Program.
