Equity Week 2025

We will invite the students for a special visit to our company on March 6th. The day will begin with an onboarding session led by the HR team, accompanied by a welcome coffee. Next, we will have an integration session with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) department to provide safety guidelines, followed by a tour of the plant facilities.
During the visit, each student will be assigned to a specific area where they will engage in hands-on activities.
Afterward, each student will accompany their "buddy" to the Morning Meeting, a daily alignment session between departments.
To foster connection and networking, the departments will join the students for lunch. In the afternoon, we will host a Round Table with talented women from OP, who will share their inspiring experiences.
To conclude the day, the HR team will be available to answer any questions and provide a closing for the visit.
The company will provide shuttle transportation and lunch for all participants.

The requested documents include the liability waiver, image use authorization, the Golden Rules (general safety guidelines), and a request for photos to create individual ID badges. The students must submit these documents by February 28th.
