Equity Week 2025

We will start the day with a warm welcome coffee, followed by a brief integration on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Next, we'll take the students on a Plant Tour of our facilities, where they'll get an up-close look at our processes and how everything works.

Afterward, the participants will have the opportunity to attend a meeting with our managers, which take place daily at the company, to experience how communication and updates between departments are carried out.

Each student will then be paired with a "mentor," who will guide them through a hands-on experience in different areas of the company. At lunchtime, they can recharge and enjoy the chance to socialize with colleagues.

In the afternoon, we will have an experience exchange with permanent employees, who will share their inspiring career stories. We will also discuss the career path at OPmobility, presenting the various growth opportunities within the company.

To close the day, we'll offer special gifts to celebrate this learning journey and the new connections made !

We will send a registration form in advance for the students to express their interest in participating in the project. This form will collect information such as full name, email, course, PPE sizes (safety shoes, reflective vest, and company lab coat), areas of greatest interest, as well as a space for them to provide a brief summary of their personal and academic profile.

After selecting the 12 (twelve) students, we will send a complete notice with all the information a visitor needs to know in order to access the company premises, including the "Golden Rules," which are our safety rules. We will also send a Liability Waiver and Image Authorization form, which must be signed by 28/02/2025.
